Health is always with Mind

Human is always having mind, body, and care for the same. The mind is full of feelings, emotions, and action. If a human controls their mind, he will also control the feelings. The control of feelings adds to your health. One should make once mind and heart very strong and energetic. Remaining healthy, most energetic, active, feelings requires boost to put some spark into your life of body.

Life without energy, and activation, become dull and non active. The human nervous system of the body is playing very important roll on your body. The mind is the source for nervous system to generate stimulative cheerful energy and makes our body life active. Its pleasure of work, the liking, disliking, cheeriness, activation for the work, involvement for the activities, participation for the requirements, all depend on mind and feelings, or temperaments of the mind, which has got connection with the heart.

Heart, Mind, and Body is the basic factor for the health of the body. Better, bigger, broader the environment, better the care, betters the health. Better health means, one is free from deceases, and normal for the daily activates. One is making the environment very effective for self and for others too. Better the environment means the life gives joy, happiness, cheeriness, and one like to leave the life very much. The same way, the people who are attached or near to the one, they also like to leave the life in the available atmosphere. The surrounding becomes much cherished, joyful, refreshed, spring clean.

Health is wealth, but wealth is not a Health. Some time a wealthy personality is not energized to walk, to talk, to enjoy the facilities, to enjoy the life, to enjoy the environment, to eat the food dises, to wear the clothing, to develop the friendships, to enjoy the society environment, to travel the places, and what not.

The mind, the heart, the feelings are down, everything is down. Therefore, the only alternative is to boost up the feelings, mind, heart, and ignition it, spark it, for betterment of the life, so that, one feels living the life. So as I am doing on my every day life. Once I went to USA, in the park, the elderly personality commented on me, that Oh, How old are you? You are looking like of 20 years. I replied yes, I am father of 20 years, having 63 years. The statement gave joy and happiness in the environment.

I am taking care of my health, of my weight, of my heart, of my mind, of my speech, of my personality, of my dresses, of my living environment, of my make up, of my hair dressings, of my shoes, of my things, of my friendship, of my environment, of my nails, of my food, of my habits. These all activates make me feel cheer, happy, and make me understand that I am healthy personality. My daily routine is geared up in such way that I am never feeling boarding, tiredness, boring, fatigue, unhappy, unwillingness for any type of activity. I use to travel on daily base 300 Km on rail track, but my family feels my company and enjoyable life. This requires practice and training to your mind, heart, and body. May I say how?

I always do such a thing which makes me feel good physically, mentally, emotionally, and by heart, as well as, environmentally. This requires regular training to your brain and heart, which cultivates your habits in such a way to remove lethargic, tiredness, stressfulness, or heavy headings, unwillingness in the routine life for self and for others, who are coming to near me.

My routine is coming up with 1ltr of water in the morning and 3ltr fo a day, 10mnts concentration on mind, 10 mints light exercise, with positive thinking, developing helping nature, smiley, sweaty, softy behavior. Always taking care of my personality, and dresses, policing shoes, hair dressings regularly with duodena so that the nearer will like to stay with me. Always be sporty in nature and talk with valuation of human, irrespective of age, group, kind, or class. Always eating nourishing food, gives energy to mind and keeps mind cheer. Visiting the places where cheeriness, happiness, laughter is involved. The place appeals for enjoyment of the joy. I like balanced vegetarian food, full of grains, milk, fat, vegetable, serials, buttermilk, two times a day. If my weight increases as per the norms of medical standard, my food quantity gets reduced. My thoughts remain always positive, even in negativity also I try to make it positive. This makes the surrounding positive, and energized for full time. Always trying to help others, this makes me self satisfaction and gives joy is the boost to my mind and feelings. Trying to find new things in each and every activity, trying to simplify and make it on auto, so that our energy is saved and getting enjoyment. Always, keeping and doing thing is a surprise and suspense way to give happiness to others. Fiance is worry for everyone and anyone. Make an effort to earn money and at later stage see that your money, your kingdom earns money for you. Develop the habits of reading good literature, see TV, sing songs, play musical instruments, and have friends meeting at your or at their places. Always dreaming for the requirements or future or career, preparing the list and reviewing from time and again for its achievement, however, happenings are always accepted as good things. Considered the problem as challenge and not as problem, and trying to take help of any level for its solution. Always trying to wear the cap in the requirement and see that the result is with the help of team, and credit is given to the team, not to me. Praising is the preliminary background of success. Praise and appreciate for betterment, emphasize, still there is scope for improvement. Always drink and eat Oxygen, activate your heart beats, pressurize your body in such a way that there is blood circulation for each and every organic of your body. Walk like a solders, talk like a leader, feel like a human, see with the pride, feel like a positivist, and admire the personality of any level with smiley face. Don't speak, and even if require, seep one word. Never feel that you are alone for the action, the power is always there to help in one or another form. Sharpen your memory with puzzles, games, songs, shlokas, poems, telephone numbers, the past, the area you visited, the meeting you attended, the incident you faced, the people you meet.

You are concerned not only for self but also for different rolls. You are playing roll as a self, in relation in family, in relation in friend circular, in relation with office people, in connection with your neighbors, your group or cast people. Have you ever thought of to give full justification to each roll at a time or in different way? Must try and see that it is achieved fully to the satisfaction of the others and not self. Take care of others, you will be taken cared by others. Help to others is nothing but help to self. New friends, new attachment, new things, new places, new jobs, new activities, gives boost to your living life style. Always try for change, change in settings, change in your dresses, change in your house requirements, change your style. Never adopt NO, if at all adopt why not?, and if it is not possible for you to fulfill say no, but never go for negative attitude.

The whole list is very difficult to remember, but once it is geared up in your life by giving training to your mind, heart, body, behavior, tough, hearing habits, smelling habits, observing habits, you are in rose’s garden. The Globe, the country, the province, the city, the village, the street, the house, and the family is full of and surrounded by roses only for you. This will energize your mind, your body, your feelings, to remain healthy. This will give boost to your life feelings to live joyful life. If you feel that I am healthy, wealthy, beautiful, smart, evergreen, with the contribution as above you are like that. No dieses will come to you, no boredom will come to you, no stress, no lethargic ness, no fatigue, no sluggishness, no heavy head, no heavy heart.

Simply weight your body time and again to maintain as per medical norms, and size your dish. Give tough exercise to your body, to activate blood circulation in each part of the body, clean each part of the body nicely, with natural appliances on body. Take 6 hours sound slip. Simple living and highly positive thinking is the way of healthy life. Work as we and not as I. Always go for yes and never for no, if no, say no, else why not. Maintain personality in all respect, like a rose in the garden. Drink water round the day. Concentrate for a few minutes. Keeps the environment pleasing to self and to others? Take nut rise vegetarian food 3 times in a day. Eat for living and not for eating. Keep everything in limit and not excessive. Drink oxygen by exercise. Drive very carefully. Activate each organs of the body. Go for naturopathy. Enjoy the family life in full respect in available means, and train others for the same. Accept the happenings for good things. Feel that you are not alone. Help others for self help. Self satisfaction is the best satisfaction. Always be smiley. Always keep positive hopes. Life is for struggle faces it.

Once I was at air port to drop my wife for travel, a young lady came with baby in hear hand with full of luggage. I requested to give company up to the destination. She was a wife of software engineer. She accepted my request. She just asked me. Is see, your mother. I replied she is my wife of 63 and me too.

Health is wealth by mind, heart, and body.
