- Having periodical review meeting with TM, scheduling the requirement, solving the problem involved, minuting the decision with its circulation to self MG.
- Having periodical meeting with self MG for briefing the progress, and highlighting the MG the progress and issues involved.
- Having no Ego, and give understanding to TM also for flexibility, as they are required to attend the assignment as per US's requirement.
- Polishing, motivating, praising, appreciating, the TM, at appropriate place, time, and before the authority.
- Arranging the party , the celebration, recommendation, certification for TM, on achieving the target.
- Expressing the thanks, to MG, US, and TP for successful completion of assignment in time, within budget, and as per norms.
- Having capacity to judge the TM, and assign the work as per their skill, or train / mold to the requirement with friendly approach.
- Friendly with the US, so that, the implementation and testing process gets free from obstacles.
- Skilled to prepare feasibility or budgetary report for the assignment for the review of the self MG.
- Having no habit to say NO to Self MG, MG, TM, US, TP, should always say YES, take time, take help, take guidance, and make it YES or near to YES.
- Compitent enough to demonstrate or give presentation to Self MG, MG, TM, TP, by audio, video, or slide show, or stage speech for the assignment.
- Discuss with all, Please to all, Drive to all towards Goal.
