People

A group of persons or Human is called People .Human is a social animal, requires help to live lifestyle comfortably & happily.This is possible through People, may be in the form of Family, Job, Progress, Neighbor, Relatives, Club, Team, Group, Society, Hospital, Garden, Religion, Temple, Community, Business associates, Politics, Village, City, Town, Country , and Globe . Also known as citizen of Country.

Now People gives, takes, deals, transact, say, may be in positive or negative way, as per their comfort. It depends on the nature and behavior or approach and attitude of the Human. Human is very selfish, always sees the self interest first. In the process, if any one wants to survive, progress, heat the target, fly to the heights, has to know the connected or concerned or surrounding People.

The Human taking responsibility or wearing cap or becoming leader, has to study the mind of concerned People in a professional way. The Human is tackled, managed, motivated, punished, made wheel to your requirement by Heart & Not by Mind . If so , he can achieve the Goal, Target, Completion, may be 80/90/100% in time as per schedule fixed.

The Leader must be a Human first and treat the relevant People as a Human. Every Human is having nature and attitude of Good, Bad, or Funny. Good will help, Bad will spoil, and Funny will obstacle to the Leader , which will effect the Goal of Leader.

The Leader has to lead his team, achieve his target, enjoy his progress, observe his status, happily and progressively with the satisfaction of the Power. If all horses of the Chariot runs parallel than the King can reach the place in time, as per schedule, withing budget, with comfort and happiness.

The Leader has to work By Heart and Not by Mind with these People invariably in any circumstances.

Human Resource's first principal is to learn self, train self, mold self, as per the requirement of Users/People and mold them as per self requirement in a sophistical way like change of rail track. Treat people humanly with smile & respect, call by first name .
Make the requirement very clear to them and invite discussion & suggestions or private discussion with hard nuts.
Just hear, and clear your limitation and review & followup for progress.
Praise and appreciate at important time, place, with testimony.
Educate that on taking decision for the issue, we have to achieve it.
Take initiative and drag them to the required track and goal.
Wear Cap of responsibility, provide umbrella, up date upper level.
Show sympathy, but show the reality also for the Goal.
Simply put the revolver cover on your belt, so that, people can see it and value your importance.
Talk very politely and short with a heavy weight on requirement.
Always say YES, and Why Not? to the Power & Users.
Understand the People but do not make them understand.
Search the plus point, away from criticism, and politics.
Be practical, flexible, and professional.
Always be with or near to the power with respect full & Yes attitude.
Put up in writing or in noting with schedule date, time, and risk.
Always spray air in balloon and keep them air tight, praise and praise the relevant people.
Always take help with appreciation, even if U know, but work as per schedule only.
Some time a guy may not giving response, appreciate and assign such work, which is not effecting the goal fixed.
