Service is nothing but extending facility, comfort, planning, system, accuracy, with security for the increase in over all efficiency of the cell for which engaged, in exchange of consideration.

One of the important activities is a Service , where there is no involvement of material, but Human efficiency, intelligence, and personal involvement. The object/mission of the service team is to help and increase the efficiency, productivity, cost effectiveness, profitability of the Unit, where the services is extended, it may be a Manufacturing, Trading, Financing, Banking, or any type of Unit, any where, in any statutory formation, with number of branches, number of products, and employee complexity, as well as keen competition too.
The function of service unit is to manufacture the Leader, Life Cycle, Ladder of growth, and Lubrication for the Organization & Management too, covering the effect from center to corner, and corner to corner and corner to center of operation of the Unit as a whole. Then no criteria, what so ever may be the Size, Volume, Quantum, and Complexity in any Organization.
The vision of service unit should be to provide life long system cycle for the organization in time, within the budget, with the full proof security to the operational activity of the Unit, and increase the over all efficiency to survive, as well as dominate the market.
The values of service unit should be based on truth, honesty, responsibility, and ability to heat the target fixed by users, as per schedule.

- Can a single chair control / review the process of any required corner of the Unit / Group?
- Is the system having no lacuna at the operator’s chair or in the process?
- Is the Operation of system on line, in time, with no manual involvement or its paper less office less concept?
- Is there any provision of security of information that one can not migrate or misuse, and make a change in information at their desire?
- What is the security system for information, whereby information can be excess, entered before a moment, during a day, for the day, for the week, for the month, for the quarter, for the year, and for the previous years, at the place, outside the place on demand?
- Is the operation of system is easy for any users staff to operate?

7 Minutes for each discussion and communication to the involved.
