Listening is an Art!

Painting, Singing, Dancing, etc, arts are attended or learned by Artist by heart, by mind, by each, and devoting every body part, and full devotion of self . So, Why not Listening?

Out of Universal, Earth , Sun, Moon, and other Planets came out. Earth started energizing, and Air, Fire, Water started recycling, and given birth to living things. Living things generated in different forms, size, colors, saps, with common features, such as emotions, eating, drinking, sleeping, fighting, and enjoying sex for further development. At last, a HUMAN developed with the same features but something plus say, thinking. That feature advanced from HUMAN to HUMAN with the maximum utility of Mind. This thinking process started searching better facilities, comforts, needs, powers, food, shelters, either by love or by fight. those who were powerful, they used their muscles, majority, machinery, and what not. The power became Hammer, and others became their followers or handles. The power realized better control on activities, introduced the media of heart and that is Religion. The group given understanding of religion, just to protect their own power, and got support of major. The power gone ahead to control more needs permanently, started Religion War. A powerful religion, has started increasing their own strength to cover more and more land, and facilities, power, comforts. Ultimately, due to unbearable WAR effects, group fixed their boundaries, and countries came in power. Again withing country also a Power was ruling or People were ruling. The same religion spreads to different countries and grouping started. But Religion remains in existence and playing its own roll on one side and Power started ruling the Country, for the control of Human mind, heart, action, thinking, speech, and so on.

These all actions, reactions, and process created History and Geography in the mind of HUMAN. The daily crisis for survivals has also added to it as hot chili. Few are such who have digested and Major are such who have not digested and decided to speak, inform, talk, communicate Human to Human base, when ever chance arises. The Human here other Human became Listener. The Listener has developed their habit to just listen the Human.

The Listener became lovable to Speaker, Speaker started spreading this news to many about the Listener. Listener became famous, many Human started speaking to Listener. He became lovable to many, many came to meet Listener and many meets to each other, became group under the Leadership of Listener. Now, few words replied by Listener to speaker. Listener became leader, preacher, teacher, trainer, and orders of listener is accepted.

On another hand, the speaker became lighter with the feelings, that one has spoken their matters to nearer and dearer, because of that the speaker's, nervousness, depression, uneasiness, frustration, angers, fatigues, reduced. These activities or process gave a birth to Normal Human. Who again became productive, helpful, cheerful human on Earth.

The Listener became leader, knowledgeable, and famous in the group!

The present Management Concept is also base on this principals, such as, Employer, Administrator, Rulers, Bosses, Teachers, Parents, Professionals, Managers, Leaders, Religion Heads, Politicians, Shopkeepers, Directors, Minority People, Trainer, etc. These people, they know their responsibility and spoilage capacity of speaker. The Listeners, wants to save their decorum, facility, production, power, personality, needs, losses, wastage, additional cost to control the speaker, on other side, once the speaker gets lighter, and one becomes productive, efficient, cooperative, generates feeling of self belongings, helps to others also, reduces the burden / load of Listener, worries & discussions of Listeners, and leaves responsibility on speaker, as well divert, self for new productive activity. The over all productivity and positivity is increases, just in little management of LISTENING!
