M A N A G E R * Think Big, Bigger, Broader, & Better *It is easy for self to work, but difficult to get work done in time, in budget, and as per user's needs, But, The Manager can do it.
Team, Target, Time, and Third party, Top Management, R put to a Net 4 common interest, by talent and values is called Manager.
People posted in the position of MANAGER feeling proud, and creating impression on others, that they are in super cader than others, while talking, walking, in a group or with individuals, or in institute or in chair. This effects on others, who are at lower cader in services, but, they are the executor of the assignment. They are getting impressed and some time thinking for self, and observing depression too . This is not correct!
They must know that they are Manager by position, but the person with whom, they are talking, is also a Manager, executing the assignment or his is also functioning the operation of that assignment area. Therefore, what ever respect Manager is deserving, the same respect, that executive is also deserving. I feel, no one will mind in accepting the fact.
The only difference is Power, Decision, Training, Education, and Presentation, as such both are Human-being!
(Manager) M = Motivation, A = Association of persons, N = Net work, A = Assignment , G = Goal, E = Efficiency, R = Resources.
A person who is motivating self or an association of persons for an assignment fixed with the goal, efficiently with the available resources in the Organizational Net Work, is called Manager.
Just give a thoughts to the statement, and take any work, assigned to any one, requires, all the factors considered, as above. The person involved in the matter or a job or an assignment or a project, has to perform all the features, as above for the completion of that job. This means, any person of any Cader, considered to be a Manager , and a personality, attending the job, assignment, as per the norms without any position is much more than, positioned Manager in the Organization.
I personally say, that, any person, in any job, or of any position, cader, category, is considered to be a Manager, only thing, he has not been awarded the position. Reason may be, education, experience, requirement, age, or any other factor. But I say, he is a MANAGER, for the assignment.
The position, requires, many factors in consideration, while performing the assignment. A negligence of any one, effects on the Goal or performance of the assignment too. The following qualities are very much essential for MANAGER.
The first and formost action is to have a training to your Thoughts, Mind, Heart, Speech, Ear, Face, Body action, and outer appearance. Cultivate the nature, characters, features in such a way, so that, your attitude and approach shall be as an Exceptional in all, Supervisor, Communicator, Leader, Administrator, Facilitator, Organizer, Planner, Budget-er, Humanitarian, Director, Manager, Negotiator, with Proper Body Language, Personality, and Keep ready resources for uncertain future, are the key factors.
Keep this skills ready to reach nearerer and nearer and on the Position of Manager .
After possessing all, experience makes man perfect, but Promotion & Position is on Traditional Requirement, say, Higher Qualification, Experience, Other factors.
Important features & quality of Manager
- Good Manager is that, who finds specialized quality & caliber in others, and accordingly he utilizes his talent for the achievement of the Goal.
- Structure of assignment from beginning to end, with full life cycle, is very important for knowing, discussing, presenting, highlighting, ins and out of assignment.
- Must be creative for the assignment as per the requirement of the assignment with short cuts and automation, as well technical in nature.
- The subordinates, users, and top management shall be Helped in all the was considering budget and time factors.
- Commitment for time, budget, output, and its operation must be fulfilled, and time and again the same is to be briefed at all the levels.
- Be Human by nature is very important, just like incense, must be effective, and emotional, as well friendly for the Team, Top, Target, and Third party.
- By nature and thinking U should be flexible to understand the requirement of Users, Team, and Management.
- Before taking and drastic action, analyze the facts, time situation, and circumstances and put your leg in other's shoos for decision, but not at the cost.
- Fun, Learn, Teach, Brief, and Work for the assignment. U should be friendly with all but strict in result.
- Your approach, attitude, way of tackling the problem should be an Object or Model for others
- Assignment Management is a reshaping business.
- Blogs are not just for chatting, but it is a media for intelligent Manager to brief, discuss, to get comment, and line of action.
- Lead the Way to Team, Top, Third party, and Touchy Net Work.
- Finding a good Manager, is tough job, but it is worthwhile 4 forever, but it is tricky job.
- Grow anytime, anywhere on-line or off, or out of the way/line, but grow, in the race must stay ahead, U need to go with leader of the land.
- Manager should not afraid to ask for help from Higher or Lower level, must be sportsman, professional in nature.
- Manager should not leave the project, is running away from the grip or project or problems if any.
- Should linked with networking, user's group, professional groups, other resources for getting help and guidelines.
- The competent Manager is the personality performing the task of or roll of Manager and getting goal done, without the title of Manager.
- Must be in a position to thing about his skill and its most productive use with required time.
- Problems are always there in any assignment, but how is it deal, how is it communicated about wrong, and how is it corrected, as well saved himself from the black mark is important skill.
- Execution, Planning, MIS, Budgeting, and its communication to team, top, and third party is a specialized skill to possess.
- Must be able to look in personal and interpersonal skills, and control the body languages before any personality.
- One should be able to communicate, what he able to feel.
- He should be ready to face any challenge coming during the process of execution of assignment, but he should also face the challenge to give the assignment in time and budget.
- He must be able to develop the opportunity at his hand, is the successful guy.
- Always be in touch with new assignments, must attend the same from the beginning, participate in at proposal stage, may contribute on requirement, and U will be at top.
- Must be team player and friendly in nature, learning nature at top, guiding nature at team, helping nature at user's level, and best presentation of MIS at all the level.
- Should have open eye, ear, mind, heart, and away from politics, as well, near to opportunity too.
- Unless there is upward change no speedy progress, but should be ready to take calculated risk for change.
